Reservations:

 

To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

​

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

 

When you book an appointment, we will not ask for your credit card information to hold the appointment. If you no-show on your appointment, reserve the right to decline future appointment requests. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, so other customers can use that window. 

​

*If you arrive late to your appointment and your arrival time affects the duration of your treatment, we will do our best to compensate with the time given. If your arrival time is deemed too late to be seen for treatment due to our followed treatment protocols, you will be responsible for paying your service fee.

 

Check-in:

 

We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time should it be your first time with us. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Spa Etiquette

​

Cell Phones:


We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and other devices to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft “spa voice” once you enter the spa. This is to ensure that other clients who are receiving services such as facials are able to experience a relaxing environment without interruption.  Please inform your spa professional should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services. 

Friends & Family:
While we love friends and family sharing experiences with us, we ask that you refrain from bringing various friends and family members during your appointment time if they do not have an appointment with us as well. Many of our clients come to our facility to relax and rest and recoup and we aim to keep our facility a comfortable and peaceful place. 

Children:
For the safety of our spa facility and clients receiving services, we ask that all babies and young children under 12 years old do not attend your appointment with you. 

Gratuity:


Gratuity is not included in the price of services or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip your spa professional in the room or upon check out. Cash, check or credit card are all accepted. 

Personal Belongings:

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. West Georgia Skincare is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

 
Cost + Services

 

Prices and Services:

 

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. We do not have intentions of surprising our clients with pricing they were not prepared for.

Gift Certificate Policy:

 

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased online. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. All gift certificate sales are final.

Series of Treatments: 

 

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credits of equal value. It is our goal to ensure that each client is satisfied and we will do what we can to uphold this level of customer service.

Shipping Policy:

​​

West Georgia Skincare will choose the most economical and efficient shipping method between UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Orders will only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

​​​

Standard Delivery:


West Georgia offers free standard shipping on all orders of $100+.

​​

For orders totaling less than $50, there is a shipping cost of $7.00, for orders totaling between $50 and $75, there is a shipping cost of $6.00, and for orders between $75 and $100, there is a shipping cost of $5.00.

​​

Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Orders are typically delivered within 7 – 10 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

Lost or Missing Orders

​

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package, please:

  1. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further.

  2. Check with other staff members, if a business location.

  3. Check with neighbors and family members.

  4. Look around the delivery location.

  5. Check for notice of attempted delivery.

​

NOTE: Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, in order to determine proper resolution.

​

Return Policy:

​

West Georgia Skin Care's wide variety of skincare products is suited for each skin type and condition. If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from West Georgia Skin Care, it is returnable for credit or for another product. **Please note: We do not accept returns on Masks as these items are final sale.**

​

Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:

​

  • West Georgia Skin Care must be advised of dissatisfaction with a product within 10 days of original purchase.

  • The actual product must be returned to West Georgia's office within 1 month of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product.

  • Returned products must be at least 80% full.

  • The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.

  • West Georgia Skin Care will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.
